Chianti Classico - so gut wie nie
Mittelitalien ist geprägt von der Rebsorte Sangiovese und ihren Toskana-Stars Chianti und Brunello. Abgesehen vom Piemont gibt es nirgends so viele berühmte Weingüter wie im Chianti Classico. Und die heutige Winzergeneration schafft es, ihre Weine so perfekt und authentisch wie nie darzustellen. Daher festigen auch die Supertuscans, die französische Rebsorten im Bolgheri groß gemacht haben, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo oder neue DOC-Weine wie Roma Rosso den Ruf der Region als Rotwein-Mekka.
